Production lines and machinery from Hotpoint UK’s (part of Beko Europe) recently closed factory in Bristol are going up for auction with NCM Auctions. The sale offers a rare opportunity to acquire specialist equipment from one of Europe’s leading home appliance manufacturers.
The Station Road facility in Yate, Bristol, carries over a century of rich industrial heritage. Originally established during World War I as an aircraft manufacturing and repair plant for Parnell, the site has been a cornerstone of British manufacturing history.

The online auction includes a wide range of equipment and ancillaries used at the tumble dryer manufacturing site, including:
Amy Rutherford, partnership lead at NCM, commented: “This auction from Hotpoint UK reinforces our expertise in repurposing industrial equipment from large manufacturing sites and factories.
“Our proven approach and commitment to sustainability ensures that these surplus manufacturing assets are reintegrated into the circular economy and diverted from landfill.
“Given the Yate facility’s substantial scale, this catalogue offers an extensive range of manufacturing equipment and related assets that can be used across many different industries and manufacturing processes.
"I’d encourage any interested bidders to register for the auction and arrange a viewing with our team.”
The Yate factory auction is live now, and bidding ends from 11am on Wednesday 5th March.
